Welcome to BeArchives. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our online store. By accessing and using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Product Information & Availability We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and specifications for all products. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may not reflect exact colors due to screen variations. Product availability is subject to change without notice.

2. Pricing & Payment All prices are in USD and subject to change. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods indicated at checkout.

3. Order Acceptance & Cancellation We reserve the right to accept or reject any order. You may cancel within 24 hours of placement. Orders cannot be cancelled after shipping.

4. Shipping & Delivery Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. International orders may be subject to customs duties.

5. Shipping Timeframe Orders are shipped within 15–20 business days. Once your order has passed our quality check, you will receive a shipment tracking number via email. If you have not received a tracking number yet, it means we have not received your order from our supplier yet. Please allow additional time and feel free to contact us if you have any concerns.

6. Returns & Refunds We offer a 7-day return policy from delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping is customer's responsibility unless due to our error. Refunds process within 7-10 business days. Customers are responsible for all payment/fees occurred during the return.

7. Product Warranties Products are sold "as is." We warrant items are free from defects under normal use. Warranty does not cover misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

8. Intellectual Property Rights All website content is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute content without permission. Unauthorised use of our trademarks is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability BeArchives is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

10. User Conduct You agree not to use our website for unlawful purposes or to damage our website. We reserve the right to suspend access for violations.

11. Privacy & Data Protection Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with applicable laws.

12. Dispute Resolution Disputes are governed by Hong Kong law and subject to Hong Kong courts' jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of new terms.

14. Duties and Taxes Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country upon receiving their order. BeArchives is not responsible for these additional charges. 

15. Return of goods In the event of a return, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
